The 2023 Sustainability Report of Euroscatola, our company’s first, is a result that tells the story of who we are, what we’ve done, and, most importantly, where we want to go.
We chose to prepare this report because we believe that a company’s success is also measured by the value and positive impact it generates on people, the environment, and the entire surrounding community.
In a synergistic collaboration involving the company’s leadership, staff, suppliers, partners, and local authorities, over the years we have achieved multiple goals, allowing us to turn our vision into tangible results. Through the Sustainability Report, we aim to transparently communicate the effectiveness of our actions in relation to sustainable development criteria.
This report represents a crucial milestone for us, but also a new starting point to continue improving our performance in environmental, social, governance, and process areas, as we evolve in the name of sustainable growth.
Euroscatola 2023 in numbers and actions: Governance, Environment, and People
In 2023, we consolidated our governance structure and continued a corporate reorganization process that allows us to operate with transparency, efficiency, and punctuality. We voluntarily achieved ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications with the goal of improving our management of environmental and safety policies. We also earned the EcoVadis bronze medal on a voluntary basis, a milestone that motivates us to further improve our approach based on the circular economy, complete raw material recycling, and sourcing from certified sources. Additionally, we expanded our photovoltaic systems and continued investing in innovations and new machinery to optimize energy consumption.
People were at the center of our 2023 and our growth. We added value internally by expanding our protection policies and creating a safe and stimulating work environment through investments in employee training. Furthermore, we gave back to the community and the territory by engaging in charitable initiatives and strengthening our collaboration with schools and universities to support projects that promote the education and growth of future generations.

This Sustainability Report collects the results of the initiatives undertaken by Euroscatola to promote responsible growth and sets our goals for the future, which are to reduce emissions, optimize the use of resources, and support the community and people we collaborate with.
